    Intermediate Chewing
    1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    1 small green bell pepper, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
    2 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon Tabaseo sauce
    8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
    Shredded cheddar cheese

    Cook beef with onion, bell pepper and garlic until beef is no longer pink. Sprinkle flour over beef mixture; stirring to combine. Mix in beans, soy sauce and black pepper; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat; stir in Tabasco sauce. Stuff tortillas with desired amount of beef mixture and cheese. Makes 8 servings. more samples
